A retaining wall holding 80 acres of flyash failed at the Tennessee Valley Authority's Kingston coal-fired power plant early monday morning. 2.6 million cubic yards of fly ash were released and covered 250 to 400 acres with four to six feet of ash. Eleven homes were damaged and evacuated. Thankfully, no injuries or fatalities were reported.

How to Build a Geogrid Reinforced Retaining Wall
Geogrid is a polyester woven fabric used to reinforce the soil behind a retaining wall. This video shows how to build a reinforced Allan Block retaining wall. With uniaxial grid you must roll out the grid perpendicular to the wall, cut the grid to the designed length, and repeat as you move along the wall. With a biaxial grid, such as AB Grid, you can simply select a roll width that matches the design length and roll the geogrid along the retaining wall.

What is the issue with using the cement retaining wall as a wall for eruv? It extends all the way out to
the outlet of the harbor and has a retaining wall for sand extending from it which I would gather means the drop off is sufficient for using the sad grade down as a "wall"
